Founder
Steven is an experienced creative leader when it comes to creativity, technology and innovation for agencies and brands. His passion means we are always thinking about what next, how we can embrace new innovations and platforms, and grow with technological advancements in a way that benefits brands and creativity.
Steven has previously held positions as a board level creative leader in world class global communication agency networks and boutique creative and digital agencies. He fosters a keen interest in how creativity can help regenerate the way humanity treats the planet and each other. Any spare time he has you will find him in the sea as he is a keen swimmer, body surfer and cold water dipper. He is an advocate and activist for clean water and a healthy planet.
Founder and Executive Creative Director
Aaron is a revered and highly talented creative mind, with an ability to effortlessly lead, inspire and foster creative thinking as well as creative talent. With a track record spanning over 15 years and some of the world's biggest brands under his belt, Aaron leads our creative output with unwavering commitment.
Aaron has been Creative Director at some of London's biggest agencies working on some of the most prestigious global brands including Heinz, Barclays Business, Peugeot and Adidas.
Creative Strategy Director
Sarah has a wealth of experience and expertise across creative strategy, cultural direction, futurology, and campaign concepting. Best known for her unflinching and expansive concept work, as Director of Creative at Selfridges, Sarah was behind the brand's most celebrated campaigns including, Agender, The Beauty Project, EveryBODY, Music Matters and Project Earth.
Client Services Director
Gayle is our Client Services Director, the facilitator of aligned visions, effective work, efficient and smooth processes. Collaborative and transparent in her approach, Gayle's role is to ensure we are all on the journey together.
With over 17 years' experience she has delivered numerous strategic marketing and campaign plans in Head of Marketing roles, as well as leading the charge on many fully integrated campaigns across her time in some of London's biggest creative agencies.
Head of Operations
Charlotte is our Head of Operations and a talented creative producer. From TV to print — no matter the medium — Charlotte can make every creative vision come to life effortlessly.
With a wealth of production experience across a vast spectrum of industries in large network agencies as well as small boutique agencies Charlotte can turn her (very talented) hand to any size production with ease.
