Joanna’s a customer driven strategist with a proven track record in connecting brands to their audiences. She has specialist experience in digital strategies, loyalty, customer experience and brand planning for businesses from RBS/NatWest and Boots to Virgin and Netflix. She joined Who Wot Why in 2019 to add strategic rigour and her awesome sense of humour to the creative mix.
Charles has been account handling for 31 years. From WCRS selling frozen chicken fillets for Iceland Frozen Foods, via 10 years at JWT working across: Barclays Business Banking, Kellogg’s, Rolex and HSBC. He headed account management at McCann Erickson, then launched and grew Crispin Porter + Bogusky across Europe. Overseeing award winning creative for: Burger King, Paddy Power and XBOX. Joining Who Wot Why in 2017, he currently holds the position of Joint-MD.
Hailing from production, Marissa’s experience is comprehensive, making award-winning work for advertising agencies and production companies for both small start-ups to large global networks in the UK and Europe. Her hugely extensive knowledge base stretches across the entire business in her role as Joint-MD.
