Ian is Flourish’s MD and established the “Adventure in Every Journey” philosophy. An approach born out of his enthusiasm for motivating people to take action. Ian’s time in both independent specialist digital, and global brand agencies means he has worked with a diverse mix of brands across multiple categories and regions. Ian is passionate about customer journeys and the opportunities data and technology present.
Keith is a hands-on Creative Planner with 25 years experience at some of the UK’s biggest and most successful agencies including Rapp and Carlson. Preferring the pragmatic approach to planning and creative development, his campaigns have earned him numerous UK and European awards. Keith is Planning Director at Flourish, and joint founder of the agency before it became part of the Harbour Group in 2024.
Rich began his career working client-side at BMW UK, where he rapidly progressed through the business working on their major marquees before joining us as account lead on Samsung UK. Working across several marketing functions, Rich is a Managing Partner at Flourish and has a strong focus on ensuring traditional marketing functions work hand-in-hand with customer data and insight.
Kim is a strategic creative with more than 25 years of agency experience, creating award-winning integrated campaigns for commercial and not-for-profit clients. Kim is Executive Creative Director at Flourish and his experience helps lead the creative department, offering direction, copy skills, as well as nurturing young talent and helping to keep creative standards as high as possible.
Rob loves all things data and numbers, using insights to drive out strategic opportunities. As Technical Director, he brings experience and knowledge from his previous roles at Screwfix and Clarks. Rob leads our Technical Campaign Management team and oversees the delivery of all CRM projects.
Mark is Creative Director at Flourish, and a creative copywriter with more than 15 years’ professional writing experience crafting copy for charity and commercial clients. Mark’s advertising background means he has a keen eye for detail, whilst his education in literature and media arts has given him an insight into how words and pictures work together to tell a story.
Lucie is Senior Account Director at Flourish, leading the accounts for some of our biggest client brands. She has a wealth of experience delivering integrated campaigns and brand lead comms for clients across a range of sectors from F&B to FMCG. She is passionate about all things digital and social and has a keen eye for detail.
Aimee is an experienced marketer with a wide skill set that covers digital project management, campaign development, content creation and high-value sales development. With a background in Art & Design, she has a keen eye for detail and a penchant for problem solving. At Flourish, she supports the management team to onboard new clients and grow the agency.
